93+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "Cornelius Dönnhoff’s 2021 Oberhäuser Leistenberg Kabinett is a tad lower in octane the Klamm Kabinett, coming in at 8.5 percent alcohol this year and is also not presently showing quite the same reductive elements from its closure and only takes a few minutes to blossom. The lovely, lilting bouquet wafts from the glass in a mix of apple, baking spices, a lovely base of slate, bee pollen, a touch of wild yeasts, lavender and iris blossoms. On the palate the wine is mediumbodied, filigreed and complex, with lovely intensity of flavor, bright acids and excellent focus and balance on the long, refined and dancing finish. This is beautiful wine. 2023-2060. (Mar/Apr 2023)"

93 points Stephan Reinhardt (Wine Advocate): "The 2021 Oberhäuser Leistenberg Riesling Kabinett is a pure, precise and coolish, piquant and slatey Riesling with lemon chutney and fermented green pepper notes. Lush, piquant and stimulating fresh, this is an intense, saline and crystalline Kabinett with gorgeous fruit and aging potential. 8.5% stated alcohol. Screw cap. Tasted in July 2022. Drink: 2023-2050. (Aug 2022)"
