97 points Tim Atkin, MW: "Many white Burgundies were picked too late in 2015, but this definitely wasn’t one of them. Chiselled, tight and focused, it’s a wine that almost seems to defy the vintage conditions. The oak integration is perfect here, complementing flavours of fennel, oyster shell and citrus peel. One of the whites of the vintage. 2019-30. (2017)"

93+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2015 Poruzots is very, very elegant this year chez Roulot. The wine comes in at 13.5 percent octane, but also has very low pH and is one of the most tensile wines in the cellar, despite it also being one of the riper. The bouquet is a very classy mélange of apple, pear, hazelnut, lovely minerality, orange peel, white lilies and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied, focused and shows off lovely mid-palate depth, with fine focus and grip, impeccable balance and a long, zesty and impressively racy finish. Fine, fine juice. 2019-2040. (Nov/Dec 2016)"

93 points William Kelley (Decanter): "The Poruzots was quite open and expressive during our tasting, though Jean-Marc Roulot remarked that it will tighten up in stainless steel (where the Roulot wines spend the last six months of their élevage, after a year in barrel). A stylish bouquet of apple, white flowers, Anjour pear, subtle nutmeg and an elegant framing of new oak precede a beautifully silky and refined palate with a deep core. It demonstrates a really lovely cut and grip. Drinking Window: 2018-2035. (Jan 2017)"

91-93 points Neal Martin (Wine Advocate): "The 2015 Meursault 1er Cru le Porusot, which since 2014 comes from just one plot on the lieu-dit of Porusot-Dessus, was matured in one-quarter new oak. It was a bit reticent on the nose when I tasted it, the aromatics stubborn and refusing to show themselves. The palate is much more responsive: just a touch of reduction on the entry then a lively second half with fresh grapefruit, Granny Smith apple and pear, leading to a vibrant saline finish. Despite the recalcitrant nose, my feeling is that this may well turn out to be one of Jean-Marc's best 2015s. Drink: 2019-2030. (4/28/17)"

90-93 points/'Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "An interesting and layered nose offers up ripe but cool aromas of green fruit, white flowers and an unusual note of tangerine peel. As is usually the case there is more volume and power to the full-bodied and quite powerful flavors that evidence excellent mid-palate concentration, all wrapped in a robust and muscular finish. This is a big but not rustic effort that should reward up to a decade of cellaring. Drink: 2023+. (Jun 2017)"

91-92 points/'Fine,' Steen Öhman (Winehog): "The Porusot is a step up in mineralic intensity in its own slightly rustic or edgy way (I’m not a fan of Poruzot) … although this is remarkably cool for a Poruzot in this hot vintage. The nose is bursting with minerality and a offers a nice balance between the rich slightly exotic yellow fruit and the citrus infused mineral notes. On the palate rich and quite cool fruit supported by the powerful minerality and the reductive notes. Appear fresher than the Tesson – but is somehow lacking the refined complexity of this wine .. actually have them quite evenly matched. Drink from 2025. (1/25/17)"
