Domaine de Baal White is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon, 20% aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. The wine has a pale yellow color, an elegant mineral nose with hints of citrus and grapefruit. The acidity brings a lot of freshness to the wine, the Chardonnay brings some roundness.
