94 points Tyson Stelzer (The Champagne Guide): "(Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger and Avize; 7g/L dosage; 10% reserves; aged 4 years on lees; cork). Delamotte Blanc de Blancs is stunning in the great base vintages, but unfortunately it isn’t possible to ascertain this pre-purchase, as there’s some detective work required in removing the foil, decoding the disgorgement date from the cork and working backwards. Delamotte has captured the flattering and energetic mood of the 2013 base vintage in a compelling and enticing rendition of its NV blanc de blancs. The characteristic struck-flint reduction of the style makes way for crunchy lemon, fresh grapefruit and spicy white nectarine, set against a rising torrent of brioche and nougat. It confidently projects the majesty of its grand cru origins in great fruit presence, lively acid tension and, most of all, the spectacular, fine, frothing chalk mineral structure of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, concluding with fantastic harmony and persistence. The 2012 base presents gently creamy finesse with poised assurance and approachable grace. (2020-2021)"

92 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Based on the 2015 vintage and disgorged in 2020, the latest release of Delamotte's emblematic NV Brut Blanc de Blancs wafts from the glass with aromas of citrus oil, mandarin orange, green apple, fresh bread and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and vibrant, it's bright and precise, exemplifying the house style. Drink: 2021-2037. (Mar 2021)"

92 points James Suckling: "Always tangy, clean and refined with a creamy texture and lightly cooked apple and pie-crust undertones. Medium body. Lovely texture and a long and flavorful finish. Drink now. (9/2/19)"

91+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "Delamotte’s non-vintage Blanc de Blancs Brut that is currently in the market is a lovely bottle. It is made entirely from grand cru vineyards, with the vins clairs fermented in stainless steel and the wine aged sur latte for a minimum of four years prior to disgorgement. The bouquet wafts from the glass in a refined and nicely high-toned constellation of pear, lemon, warm bread, white lilies and a fine base of chalky soil tones. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and zesty, with a good core of fruit, frothy mousse, good mineral undertow and a long, nascently complex and vibrant finish. This is approachable today, but will be even better with another couple of years in the cellar to allow its fine girdle of acidity to relax a bit more and let out more complexity. 2020-2040. (Sep 2020)"

91 points Amy Wislocki (Decanter): "6g/L dosage. Grand cru Chardonnay from Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil in roughly equal proportions, aged for a minimum 48 months on lees. The current release is based on the 2015 vintage, and includes 15% reserve wines. Malolactic is used but no oak, in pursuit of a wine that embodies the concentration of Chardonnay style. This is open and approachable, with quite opulent aromas of ripe peach fruit, lemon citrus, white flowers, brioche and a hint of marzipan. Mellow but structured, with purity, complexity and freshness – this would be a perfect match for oysters or other seafood. Drinking Window: 2020-2025. (Dec 2020)"

91 points Wine Enthusiast: "[$91 list] Since it is based on the Côte des Blancs, it is appropriate that one of this producer's most important cuvées is a Blanc de Blancs. This is a stylish Champagne that brings out crisp acidity, fine apple and citrus flavors and a poised final acidity. The bottling is ready to drink. (Dec 2020)"
