94-97 points Jasper Morris MW (Inside Burgundy): "Pale lemon colour. I love the bouquet here, very refined, very Corton-Charlemagne, not at all over ripe, excellent intensity through the middle of the palate, steely with some lime blossom notes. textbook example! 13.4% alcohol. (Oct 2021)"
95 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "Dashingly pure, flinty and rather lean with regard to some of the plusher Corton-Charlemagnes of this vintage, this has brilliant concentration and focus. Pear purée and pluots mingle with crushed chalk and iodine notes. It's rather savory and gastronomic. Considering the cru produced a meagre 11 hl/ha in 2020, the balletic balance achieved deserves a standing ovation. 2023-38. (2022)"
92-95 points/'Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a 1.1ha holding in Pougets). Once again there is enough wood to mention but not to mask the aromas of Granny Smith apples, white orchard fruit, floral and just sliced fennel. Much like the Chevalier, the broad-shouldered flavors possess borderline painful intensity as well as plenty of minerality on the detailed, focused and powerful finale. This is presently very tightly wound and a wine that should easily repay 10+ years of cellaring though ample patience will be required. Drink: 2030+. (Jun 2022)"
