94 points Josh Raynolds (Vinous): "[$74 list] Limpid silver-pink. A complex, assertively perfumed bouquet evokes fresh, mineral-accented red berries, citrus fruits, pungent flowers and succulent herbs. Dry and sharply focused on the palate, offering concentrated strawberry, pomegranate, blood orange and honeysuckle flavors and a hint of tarragon. Shows superb clarity and mineral-drive on the incisive finish, which hangs on with outstanding tenacity and repeating florality. Raised in clay amphoras and only 12.5% alcohol. Drink: 2021-2026. (Jun 2021)"

94 points Wine & Spirits: "[$74 list] Made only in exceptional years, Le Clos is a selection of the estate’s top parcels, a blend of cinsault (40 percent) with equal parts grenache and tibouren. Fermented in stainless steel, then aged in unlined sandstone eggs, the 2020 feels as ambitious as its heavyweight bottle suggests, the wine’s creamy richness noticeable from the first whiff. Its plump, leesy texture fills the mouth, making plenty of room for the ripe, spicy flavors; bitter herbals add contour to its fleshy red-plum and cherry fruit. Built to last, this is worth cellaring for a year or two before serving with a pork roast. (Aug 2021)"

93 points Joe Czerwinski (Wine Advocate): "Marked by scents of crushed stone, alpine strawberries, white peaches and lime zest, the 2020 Cotes de Provence Rose Le Clos Peyrassol is another terrific vintage of this top-class rosé. A blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Tibouren aged in stoneware jars, it's medium-bodied, silky-textured and shows terrific intensity, length and complexity on the finish. Drink: 2021-2022. (Jul 2021)"

92 points Wine Enthusiast: "Top of the range from Peyrassol, this wine comes from a single vineyard. It is densely rich, packed with ripe red fruits. Producer notes: "Blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Tibouren. First produced in 2009, this is the most prestigious cuvée of the domain and has only been produced in the most ideal of vintages. Reflections of pale pink and scents of crushed stone, red berries, nectarine and lime. Gourmet, refined and ample, this emblematic cuvée cultivates elegance."
