'Outstanding' and 90-93 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from 45+ year old vines). Here the nose is quite firmly reduced and essentially unreadable today. More interesting are the highly energetic and intensely stony ultra-refined flavors that exhibit excellent persistence on the focused and balanced finale. This classy effort is a wine of finesse and should drink reasonably well young but reward up to a decade of cellaring. In short, this is really lovely juice. Drink: 2028+. (Jun 2020)"
