Finishes with noble tannins and palate-staining flavors of black fruits and bitter chocolate. Really insidious flavor intensity here--and with no heaviness. In contrast to the Rebon Vineyard bottling, which showed an increasingly roasted quality, this wine maintained its verve with two days in the recorked bottle. (Mar/Apr 2014)"
