**** John Livingstone-Learmonth (DrinkRhone.com): "Dark red; the bouquet engages immediately, with an open, busy offer of cooked blackberry, a note of sweetness in it, like a coulis, and a touch of licorice from the Syrah. The palate glides along from the off, is a gourmand affair, with its sweet flow central to its appeal. It offers a Villages level Côtes du Rhône with ample content and good, dark berry fruit throughout, the tannins polished and in the wheel, just a note of grain from them on the close. There are threads of freshness that are vital for its movement. It’s a free and full runner now, with the ability to loosen up a little over the next couple of years. 15°. 2032-34. (Feb 2024)"

2021 vintage rated 91 points by Jeb Dunnuck: "A year-in, year-out smoking value as well as a great bottle of wine, the 2021 Côtes du Rhône Mon Coeur checks in as equal parts Grenache and Syrah brought up in neutral oak. Its vivid ruby hue is followed by a medium-bodied, elegant, lively red offering pretty red and black berry fruits, some spring flowers, peppery herbs, and gamey nuances, fine tannins, and nicely integrated acidity. Coming from a cooler year, it still brings plenty of richness and depth and is well worth seeking out."
