Penetrating, very deep aromas of candied lemon drop, ripe pineapple, orange oil, coconut and minerals, lifted by a floral high note and some sexy spice tones. Glyceral and rich, but with a firm acid spine intensifying and lifting the ripe, perfumed fruit and spice flavors. Closes with excellent resiny persistence. A marvelous, beautiful late harvest Vermentino; unless memory fails me, this is the best Vendemmia Tardiva ever by Cantina di Gallura. Drink: 2019-2024. (Feb 2020)"
