96 points Charles Curtis, MW (Decanter): "The Perrières is unquestionably the top wine in this cellar, and the 2023 vintage is delicious, boasting lovely elegant aromas of ripe pear, hazelnut, beeswax, and mineral. The texture is powerful yet silky and very fine at the same time. The finesse of the texture combined with the impressive persistence on the palate make this wine a standout. The grapes are from two parcels, one in Dessus and one in Dessous, that total 0.46ha. After fermentation, the wine ages in cask (30% new) for 18 months – a tour de force. Drinking Window: 2030-2060. (10/29/24)"

93-95 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "A bright and vivid pale lemon colour. The bouquet is particularly fine, with a mineral edge to the pure white fruit. Ripe on the palate, but still white fruit, concentrated with even a tannin or two at the finish. Easily the most powerful of the three Meursault big guns. Drink from 2029-2038. Tasted Oct 2024."

91-93 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2023 Meursault Perrières 1er Cru takes a few minutes to find its groove as touches of beeswax and honeysuckle infuse the citrus fruit. Though not quite as riveting as the Genevrières, the palate is very well balanced and quite intense. Its slightly honeyed texture shaves some of the mineralité that you look for away, especially in this Premier Cru. However, it has good length and it should drink well for 16 to 20 years. Drink: 2026-2044. (Jan 2025)"
