91-93 points Stephen Tanzer (Vinous): "A sexy essence of Meursault on the nose, offering scents of white peach and nectarine, hazelnut and spices. At once suaver and more vibrant than the Goutte d'Or, displaying the concentration of old vines planted in the 1950s; the yield here was a low 30 hectoliters per hectare, according to Frédéric Weber. Finishes savory, chewy and long, with harmonious framing acidity. This was one of the last Meursaults harvested in 2017, on September 13. 14% alcohol. (Sep 2018)"

92 points Jasper Morris, MW: "This comes from the lower part of Charmes with little slope, and is picked late. There is rich white fruit on the nose along with a little oak, very good intensity of acidity behind, this has kept it all together. The extra ‘peps’ of which Frédéric Weber spoke. A little touch of liquorice at the back. Medium plus density. Tasted: November 2018."

92 points and 'Sweet spot/Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "There is a whiff of matchstick character to the essence of pear, spice and acacia blossom aromas. The vibrant, intense and well-delineated middle weight flavors possess a slightly finer mouth feel before terminating in a youthfully austere, tension-filled and sneaky long finish. This is worth checking out. Drink: 2025+. (Jun 2019)"
