This is noticeably riper with its smoky aromas of pear liqueur, iodine and suggestion of the phenolic (olive oil nuances). Pleasingly tangy, with a juicy fruit through the middle, not as classic a Chablis as their Vaillons, with middle weight and length. Drink from 2025-2029. Tasted: July 2023."
