The 2018 Beeslaar Pinotage is a true expression of a great vineyard site and shows the consistency of these 25 year old bush vines. The wine offers aromas and flavors of blackcurrant and baking spice, with complex notes of dark chocolate and licorice. The palate is structured but elegant, with fine-grained tannins lingering on the mouthwateringly dry finish. A classic expression of Pinotage which deftly balances power and elegance.
