Deep and beautifully layered, the 2021 is seamless, nuanced and just insanely complete from the very first taste. Absolutely nothing is out of place. Yields were very low, which seems to have simply concentrated the black cherry and plum flavors and ripened the tannins perfectly, all while maintaining the bright acid profile that is such a signature of this historic field blend site.
