Producer notes: "[$100 list] Medium ruby, darkens with air. The faintest whiff of delicate oak char, plums and Asian spice. In the mouth the sweet cherry is kept in check with a touch of tannin. Slightly more muscle and tannin than the Willamette Valley or Beaux Frères. With aeration it displays mushroom and earthy undertones. Slightly more backward than the other wines. Drink: 2015-2025."
