Considered a rising star of the southern Rhône, this biodynamic domaine is located just northwest of Gigondas. Here Daniel Boulle produces several different cuvées of Côtes du Rhône which have won him considerable acclaim. His rosé is made from 50% Cinsault, 35% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre, and 5% Counoise. The wine offers ripe red berries, orange zest and a subtle floral quality on the fragrant nose. Broad, fleshy and dry, displaying good, spicy lift to the raspberry, cherry and blood orange flavors. Smoothly plays richness off delicacy and finishes with solid thrust and lingering red fruit character.
