89 points Stephan Reinhardt (Wine Advocate): "The salmon-colored NV Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Brut is a pure limestone Pinot Noir that opens with a very attractive brioche and fruit aroma on the pure yet intense and elegant nose that is reminiscent of red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and pomegranate. Round and supple on the palate, this is a mouth-filling and charming sparkling wine with 4.1 grams per liter of residual sugar and a clear, well-structured finish. The wine ages sur lattes between 12 and 18 months and drinks well as aperitif but also with certain desserts. 12.4% alcohol. Diam cork stopper. Drink: 2023-2027. (Feb 2023)"
89 points Anne Krebiehl (Wine Enthusiast): "The first whiff of the glass recalls cotton candy, while a second gives strawberry juice. The palate of this wine also homes in on strawberry notes and surrounds them with frothy, smooth foam and easy freshness. It is juicy, lively and dry. Alcohol 12.5%. (Nov 2020)"
Tom Stevenson (Christie's World Encyclopedia of Champagne & Sparkling Wine): "This family estate with roots back to 1724 is run today by Hubert Laugner. They cultivate 12 hectares and make three Crémants in addition to still wines. Here the Rosé is the favourite. The non-malo winemaking combined with a richer dosage, 9g/l, makes the balance work well. Bright Pinot fruit, lovely linearity and delicacy of fragrant aromatics, this should be enjoyed while young and zesty."
16/20 points Tamlyn Currin (JancisRobinson.com): "100% Pinot Noir. 11 months on lees. A pretty, pale pink. Lacy, persistent bubbles. Clean, fresh and absolutely packed with ripe summer strawberries. Not remotely complex but there is so much delicious fruit in there that who cares?!"
