This is only 13% alcohol despite the fact that it's harvested later than any other regions (it's one of the last grapes harvested in the winery). It's vibrant, varietal, herbal and fresh, serious and dry, with a long finish. It matured in a 2,500-liter oak foudre. 3,000 bottles were filled in February 2019. Drink: 2019-2024. (Oct 2019)"
