The Voski white is an equal split of the native white grapes, Voskeat (also known as Voskehat) and Garandmak. Sourced from the high altitude Vayotz Dzor, Voskeat is a delicate thin-skinned golden grape while Garandmak are hardy, thick-skinned fat berries. All vines are on their original rootstocks. Fermented and aged in concrete vats. Vibrant, juicy and layered with beautiful acidity that comes from the high elevation. The floral and spicy notes give way to a full-bodied white and the final blend is like a symphony on one’s palate.
