Christos Zafeirakis planted his first organic vineyard in 2005 in the clay foothills of Mt Olympus in Tyrnavos of Thessaly where his family has grown grapes for over a century. This Assyritko is fermented with only indigenous yeasts, aged in stainless steel. Gentle aromatics of vanilla blossom and meadow wildflowers waft over a creamy lemon curd palate. Certified organic.
