Producer notes: 2021 Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon El Rom Vineyard is made entirely from grapes
grown in the sustainably-certified El Rom Vineyard, located in the northern Golan Heights. Made with fruit from Cabernet Sauvignon vines first planted in 1983, this wine displays alluring aromas of ripe red and black fruits layered with notes of fresh herb, cassis, cocoa and earth. This single-vineyard, expressive wine aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, and offers an ideal combination of strength and elegance. Enjoyable now, 2021 Yarden El Rom will improve in the
bottle for several years and remain in excellent drinking condition for a decade and more from harvest.
