98 points Stuart Pigott (JamesSuckling.com): "Still very young, this masterpiece of dry riesling has enormous textural complexity. Gigantic concentration, but also very racy. Great citrus and herbal freshness as well as formidable acidity in the extremely long, focused finish. From 3 hectares in the heart of this site. From biodynamically grown grapes with Respekt certification. Drink or hold. (8/19/25)"
95 points Mosel Fine Wines: "The Morstein Westhofen Riesling GG 2024, as it is referred to on the consumer label, offers a beautifully delicate and complex nose of yellow flowers, aniseed, almond, light toast, acacia, may tree, and licorice. The wine shows great finesse on the palate, and only gradually shows the more forceful side of Morstein as it gains in weight and intensity. Yet the finish proves superbly elegant, refined, and playful, with some tickly acidity and a bone-dry feel. The energy is beautiful. This is a splendid Morstein GG, with depth and freshness. 2032-2044. (Issue #77; Sep 2025)"
