91-94 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "An intensely sauvage-suffused nose also offers up plenty of earth and humus elements that add breadth to the spiced plum and dark currant aromas. There is notably more volume and concentration to the big-bodied and markedly powerful flavors that coat the palate with dry extract that also does a fine job of buffering the notably firm tannic spine on the beautifully persistent finish. This is excellent and very Corton in style. Drink: 2028+. (Jan 2018)"
93 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "Attractive medium deep colour. Some barrel char notes at first but lively fruit too. The char drops back to reveal itself as stems instead, just took a minute to clean up. Plenty of vibrancy on the palate, purple fruit notes, dark cherry and bramble jelly, lively long finish. Despite the initial nose, the barrel definitely does not dry out the fruit. Super finish. (Sep 2019)"
93 points Tim Atkin, MW (2018).
