Producer notes: "100% País. The winery’s No Es Pituko line is home to their ‘nothing added’ wines. All wild fermented, no additives included no sulfites added that are bottled unfiltered and unfined. This is sharp dry rose. Cranberry notes in the front and wet stone minerality in the back. Some prickly pear reminiscent of the wild fermentation. Once the wine breaths, some of the fizziness goes away and red berries show up. Alcohol 12.7%."
