96 points Tyson Stelzer (The Champagne Guide): "(tasted in 2023 in France; 80% chardonnay, 20% pinot noir; Le Blanches Voies single vineyard, south orientation with chalk just 25cm from the surface; 60 year old vines of very low yields, 5000kg/Ha; just 1400L rather than the usual 2050L extracted; vinified and aged 10 months in 228L barrels of 1-3 years of age; no malolactic fermentation; aged 6 years on lees in bottle; disgorged January 2022). Benchmark 2015 of perfect, pristine ripeness like few achieved in this harvest. This sets a wonderful purity of tangy grapefruit and lemon, with the body of white peach. Barrels and lees bring very subtle toast and brioche and most of all polish – almost creaminess but more so the silky influence of texture, working in perfect tandem with bright malic drive and brilliant, glistening, fine chalk minerality tapped by old vines. A sensational 2015 and a radiant star of the vintage, with a very long and exciting future before it. (Edition VII; 2024)"

96 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "The 2015 Brut Coeur de Cuvée is a pretty dense wine that belies its deceptively mid-weight structure. What surprises me most about the 2015 is how closed it is. In most years, especially warm years, Coeur de Cuvée is quite a bit more open and voluptuous, but the 2015 does not come across like that at all. Rather, it is super-classic in bearing, with tons of gravitas from the 60-year-old vines jut waiting to emerge. There are none of the awkward herbal notes tht penalize so many wines. Bright saline notes extend the finish effortlesly. The 2015 is a brilliant Coeur de Cuvée. Drink: 2024-2033. (May 2023)"

94 points Wine Spectator: "[$185 list] Fragrant, with wafts of lime blossoms and exotic cardamom, anise and saffron spices, this weaves a firm streak of racy acidity with a satiny texture and finely detailed notes of crushed blackberry, ripe yellow peach, blanched almond and a crackle of fleur de sel, which lingers on the lively, lasting finish. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Disgorged March 2022. Best from 2025 through 2033. (9/20/23)"

93 points Essi Avellan, MW: "(80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir). As its name suggests, Coeur de Cuvée is made only from the heart of the pressing: the best 1,400 litres from 4,000kg of grapes. Seven barrels were produced in 2015. Due to the young age of the barrels (one to three years old), oakiness marks this cuvée in its youth. But this one comes with enormous potential. There are complex buttery twists to the oak- and spice-lined nose of ripe, lush Chardonnay fruit with a tropical profile. Immense concentration on the palate, but there is equally impressive acidity, well integrated into the whole. Over time, the oak mellows down into a very harmonious whole, so further cellaring is encouraged. (Feb 2023)"
