Full-bodied, intense and salty on the palate, this is a rich and tightly structured dry Riesling from up to 50-year-old vines on mica schist. Very elegant, intense and persistently salty, this is a beautifully fine and tensioned 2019 that balances the enormous ripeness perfectly. 13.5% alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in September 2021.
