92 points Tyson Stelzer (The Champagne Guide): "(tasted in 2023; 100% chardonnay, predominantly from 1950s vines in Fourny’s best terroir of Le Mont Ferré in Vertus; 2020 base vintage with 30% reserves; <5g/L dosage). The generosity of Fourny and the exoticism of Vertus unite confidently here, well tensioned by the saline minerality of the northern slopes of Vertus. It holds vibrant lemon and grapefruit freshness with the richness of pear. (2023)"
92 points Tom Hewson (Decanter): "Almost entirely from Veuve Fourny's home village of Vertus, this is a model entry-level blanc de blancs, subtle, layered and energetic. White nectarines, blossom and pear lead with pretty, inviting delicacy, with an undertone of sourdough complexity riding a supple, silky texture. Based on 2020, with reserves from 2019 and 2018, this punches above its weight. Drinking Window: 2024-2026. (3/2/24)"
92 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs is quite expressive. I find the Brut version of the Blanc de Blancs has a bit more aromatic breadth than this bottling, along with the richer mid-palate feel one would expect with the higher dosage. Even so, the Extra Brut has plenty of energy to match its focused, mid-weight structure. Citrus peel, marzipan, white flowers and white pepper linger on the close. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: January, 2023. Drink: 2023-2031. (Nov 2023)"
