97+ points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Disgorged with 1.7 grams per liter dosage after 48 months sur lattes, Collin's NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Les Pierrières (2016) 48 months bursts with aromas of green apple, blanched almonds, confit citrus and pastry cream. Full-bodied, layered and muscular, it's deep and concentrated, with racy acids and this site's telltale chiseled, incisive profile; it's long and penetrating, concluding with chalky grip. With this late-disgorged version, Les Pierrières takes another step. Drink: 2021-2036. (Sep 2021)"

96 points Anne Krebiehl, MW (The World of Fine Wine): "(100% Chardonnay; 2016 base, 50% reserve wines; 48 months on lees; disgorged March 2021; dosage 1.7g/l). Lovely, ripe, yellow apple on the nose, wrapped in smoky mellowness, reminiscent of a just-extinguished candle, with an edge of peppery, white nougat. Tiny bubbles on the palate underline this fine line of pepper, imbued with a juiciness reminiscent of green melon, laced with lemony freshness and the exquisite frisson of pepper. Perfect concentration drills down into cool, cool chalk, again with that evocative notion of white pepper. (7/7/25)"

95 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "The NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Les Pierrières (2016 base) is the wine that, to me, really shows Olivier Collin's style off to its greatest effect. Finely cut and chiseled, with striking energy, the Pierrières offers a taut expression of Chardonnay that provides a lovely contrast to the more supple Les Roises. Crushed rocks, lemon confit, almond, dried flowers. The purity and saline-infused energy of the flavors is just brilliant. Disgorged: March 1, 2020. Drink: 2021-2030. (Nov 2020)"
