100 points Susan Hulme MW (Decanter): "Owner Stefano Frascolla describes 2019 as 'a dream vintage' and describes how the vines 'underwent all the stages of their phenolic development at the optimum times.' For me, the 2019 Redigaffi is a wine of sublime harmony and balance and it reminds me very much of the 2016. It is absolutely brimming with ripe black cherry, cream and blackcurrant flavours encased in compact, super-fine tannins that are firm yet so elegant and refined. Energetic and vivacious in character, it is still not completely formed but has all the ingredients for a great future. Drinking Window: 2024-2047. (Jul 2022)"

100 points Susan Hulme MW (The Wine Independent): "I tasted the 2019 Tua Rita Redigaffi at a special 25th anniversary vertical tasting at the Tua Rita winery in Suvereto, Tuscany, in July 2022. I tasted all 25 vintages where the real standouts were the 1997, the 2000, and the 2016. I feel the very young 2019 is also at the level of the 2016 and worthy of a perfect score. On the palate it is just brimming with ripe red fruits, pretty floral notes, cream, black cherry, and blackcurrant flavors with superfine, elegant tannins. This 2019 is a wine with great tenacity and energy. It is still not completely formed yet but all the wonderful ingredients are there for this to be a great wine with a long life. Drink now to 2040. 97 points Monica Larner (Wine Advocate): "I am a big fan of the 2019 vintage and, in most cases, prefer it to the 2018 vintage that is often harder to read (with alternating spells of cool and heat). But in the case of this wine, I like both vintages about the same for different reasons. The 2019 Redigaffi feels elegant and less hearty compared to its previous edition. This important Merlot-based wine delivers an immediate quality of fruit, with pretty freshness that renders a very lively and vivid mouthfeel. This is a sharp and well-defined interpretation of the grape with black cherry, granite and cooling menthol-like endnotes. Drink: 2023-2045. (Oct 2021)"

96 points Wine Enthusiast: "[$330 list] A thick slice of coconut cake with chocolate sauce and berry compote is on the nose before a glimmer of the knife's edge in the metallic aromas that emerge with coffee wafting in. Muddled berries on the palate are balanced by a powerful astringency from medicinal herb notes on the finish. Tannins are fine-tuned but still vehement—this red will be a rare pleasure to drink this once they've fully relaxed. Alcohol 15%. (Dec 2023)"
