95+ points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "Nicola and Stefania Oberto are slowly putting Berri on the map. Silky, aromatic and creamy on the palate, the 2021 Barolo Berri is striking in its beauty. Crushed flowers, sweet red-toned fruit, chalk, mint and white pepper all meld together effortlessly. Silky, polished tannins frame the finish. The 2021 doesn't have the immediacy of the 2020, but it may catch up to it one day because of its energy. It is a superb young Barolo—that much is clear. About 30% of wine saw submerged cap maceration. Time in cask was 25 months. Drink: 2027-2041. (Jan 2025)"

95 points Bruce Sanderson (Wine Spectator): "This red is fragrant, evoking rose and peony aromas, along with strawberry, cherry, pomegranate and Earl Grey flavors. Dense tannins and vibrant acidity lend support, and the aftertaste echoes the fruit and floral notes, plus savory herb and mineral elements. Elegant. Best from 2028 through 2047. (10/29/25)"

95 points Kerin O'Keefe: "Made with grapes grown 370-430m above sea level in the MGA of the same name in La Morra, the 2021 Trediberri Berri is fragrant and already delicious. It opens with inviting aromas of ripe red cherry, crushed raspberry, star anise and ground clove that follow through to the succulent palate. Lithe tannins provide seamless support while fresh acidity keeps it balanced. Thanks to the great fruit and finesse, this is already drinking beautifully and will also offer years of fine sipping. Drink: 2026–2036. (Feb 2025)"< BR>
95 points Audrey Frick (JebDunnuck.com): "From the Cru in the northwest, the 2021 Barolo Berri is a medium ruby color and has a fantastic nose with a spicy and attractive profile of cranberries, clove, roses, and dusty, brushy earth. Medium-bodied, it’s even on the palate, with even, ripe acidity, chalky tannins, and a lovely purity, and it stays light on its feet, with a floating feel. I expect this to age very well over the coming 20 years, but it’s hard to resist now. Drink: 2025-2045. (May 2025)"

95 points James Suckling: "This is an aromatically bright Barolo, featuring aromas of dried flowers, mushrooms, earth and sliced strawberries. It is medium- to full-bodied, showing a very refined profile of vibrant fruit and a touch of concentration. The wine is precise and well knitted. It originates from Berri, in the highest part of La Morra. It is already a joy to taste, but better to wait until 2026. (1/9/25)"

94 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2021 Barolo “Berri” bottling from Trediberri is a beautiful young Barolo in the making. The wine is very transparent down to its soil already, but still loaded with sweet, perfectly ripe fruit as well. The beautiful bouquet wafts from the glass in a mix of cherries, pigeon, camphor, fresh oregano, a complex base of soil tones, rose petals, a touch of curry and a topnote of bonfire. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied, deep and soil-driven, with a superb core of fruit, firm, well-integrated tannins, impeccable focus and balance and a long, complex and very, very promising finish. Great juice in the making! 2045-2100. (May/Jun 2025)"
