From the slopes of the southern Rhône, Château des Tourettes’ “Tinus” is a white-wine style with depth and savory character. "Blanc de Noirs" from Grenache Noir, blended with pressed white wines (Chardonnay, Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne) from limestone-rich soils. The juice is fermented in tulip-shaped concrete tanks, then aged in stainless steel. Expect lively citrus and stone-fruit notes, light structure, and a clean finish — a grab-and-go bottle ideal with seafood, grilled vegetables, or simple weeknight dishes. 9,500 bottles produced.
