Producer notes: Organic, aged 12 months sur lies in the same fermentation barrels. Straw yellow, good density in the glass. Elegant and subtle nose of white flowers and citrus, lime and lemon zest, with pleasant briny hints. Smooth when entering the mouth, balanced by its sharp acidity and intense minerality, tense, almost salty. It is paired wonderfully with creamy seafood dishes, such spaghetti with clams, maltagliati with chickpeas and mussels, risotto with oysters and lemon zest.
