91+ points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "From a vineyard in Corgoloin, the 2022 Côte de Nuits-Villages Clos Magny is another success, revealing notes of minty dark berries, licorice and spices, followed by a medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy palate that's chalky and precise. While it offers plenty of immediate charm, it also has the structure to age. Drink: 2025-2042. (10/19/23)"

91 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "Camille first made this cuvée in 2021 and she adores it. The vineyard is at 350m altitude, above La Montagne. A fine even ruby purple. The bouquet is all about the lively fruit, with little stem impact. 100% whole bunches. Effortless, the red fruit has a little more precise definition than say for Aux Montagnes and la Montagne. Delicacy with intensity. Startling stuff. (Dec 2023)"

In the beginning, Thiriet's production was admittedly small, complemented by purchasing a few local grapes. She wisely decided to focus on the Côte-de-Nuits Villages, providing her with a broad understanding of Burgundy's extraordinary potential. In 2016, only 2000 bottles emerged from her garage, vinified without water or electricity. With the help of Bernard Noblet from Domaine de la Romanee Conti (who has now retired and helps Camille on a friendly basis), and Jeremy Seysses of Domaine Dujac, she goes to serious people to help her in the early years.
