Tequila Ocho is the perfect example that “terroir” is fully manifested in Tequila. We harvest only the most mature agave from our fields located in the Altos de Jalisco. Ocho is a Tequila distilled from one “single estate” at a time. Each harvest shows the impact of the terroir on the agave, influenced by the geography of the place: the soil, microclimate, vegetation, etc. Taste and enjoy our Tequila and discover the essence of agave in each harvest.
