The two varieties fermented together in rolling 500-liter oak barrels with indigenous yeasts, where the wine matured over two winters. It comes from Tupungato Winelands, which will fall into Gualtallary Albo when the subzones are finally approved. This is very complete, characterful and intense, with the two varieties very integrated (they fermented together). It's more about Gualtallary than the varieteis, with a strong expression of the chalkiness on the palate. 1,500 bottles were filled in November 2020. Drink: 2022-2030. (11/30/22)"
