Like an unfiltered Sake, Uni White’s textures highlight the delicate, pristine notes of raw fish. Its boldness also stands up to more intense proteins, even red meats."

The nose is nutty and yeasty with a core of burnt lemon and floral potpourri, and the medium-bodied palate is yeasty and refreshing with a long, textural finish. Drink: 2022-2027."
