It offers a beautifully fresh nose made of herbs, lemon sorbet, green apple, pear, and smoke. The wine proves hugely precise and with an almost Saar like acidity on the palate and leaves a stunning feel of earthy spices, minerals, pear, and chalk in the long finish.
