92 points Mosel Fine Wines: "AP: 16 24. The 2023er Kestener Paulinshofberger Riesling is a bone-dry wine (with 1 g/l of residual sugar) made from grapes harvested on 50-year-old vines. It offers a beautifully fresh nose made of herbs, lemon sorbet, green apple, pear, and smoke. The wine proves hugely precise and with an almost Saar like acidity on the palate and leaves a stunning feel of earthy spices, minerals, pear, and chalk in the long finish.
