94 points James Suckling: "Beautiful dark and bright fruits with blackberry, blueberry and licorice aromas that follow through to a full body and round and lightly chewy tannins. Gorgeous texture. A long and flavorful finish. All here. Best ever. Drink in 2022. (Feb 2018)"

94 points Chris Kissack (Winedoctor): "A dark and brooding nose, rather reticent, but it seems to speak clearly of concentration and potential. The palate is rich, polished, maybe even plush, with lots of substance, and delicious smoked blackcurrant and damson fruit. This is a wine of harmony, substance, structure, ripeness and also bite, and while it has a very warm feel to it there is no doubting the potential that lies within. This is a very impressive Siran, perhaps the best I have ever tasted. (May 2018)"

93 points Wine Enthusiast: "Soft, ripe and juicy, this is an immediately attractive wine. Its tannins are already well integrated into the black-currant fruits and rich berry flavors. The wine will mature relatively quickly and should be ready to drink from 2021. Alcohol 13%. (Feb 2018)"

92 points Wine Spectator: "Plush, with crushed cherry and plum fruit flavors carried by hints of violet, chocolate and lavender. The long, velvety finish features a gentle swath of roasted cedar moving through. Best from 2020 through 2030. (3/31/18)"

92 points Tina Gellie (Decanter): "Pretty aromas of purple florals, sweet spice and redcurrant freshness draw you in. The palate is a bit drier and firmer than expected, with smoky oak spice, dusty tannins and developing flavours of savoury leather, blueberry compote and fruitcake. Rich and bold more than lifted and breezy but there is good flow and line. Drinking Window: 2022-2030. (Nov 2022)"

91+ points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2015 Siran shows quite a bit of new oak on the nose and clearly needs another few years in bottle. A little sappy in style, yet there is admirable delineation. The palate is well balanced with supple but fine tannin. Well-judged acidity cuts through quite a dense and grippy final half, confirming that this Margaux is for the long haul. Tasted blind at the Southwold 2015 Bordeaux tasting. (Jul 2019)"
