Pure Snow is the Nigori selection of the Pure Series. It is an unfiltered sake -- to preserve the essence of the rice. Serve chilled, shake before pouring, and refrigerate after opening. Serve as an aperitif or as a complement to a wide variety of meats and spicy foods. Color: Cloudy. Aroma: Melon with notes of cucumber and a hint of pear. Taste: Powerful flavor with distinctive texture accompanied by notes of ginger, Asian pear, and cantaloupe. Smooth, finishes soft-sweet to dry. SMV: +2. Milled to 60% of its original size. Acidity: 1.6 g/L. Alcohol: 15.5%.
