Extra long macerated Syrah--2018 (50%, 304 days on skins/36 months in barrel), 2016 (23%, 205 days on skins/66 months in barrel) and 2015 (27%, 255 days on skins/72 months in barrel).. Aromas of crushed rose, all-spice, earth, black peppercorns, mint. On the palate: muddled blackberry, tart cherry, cinnamon, and a whole lotta love. No sadded sulfur. Serve chilled. 16% alcohol. 700 cases produced.
