97 points David Schildknecht (Vinous): "Quince and pear jellies, a Chartreuse-like combination of floral and green herbal essences at distilled strength, and a whiff of sea breeze make for a head-turning and compellingly alluring aromatic display. On the palate, this cast of characters is accompanied by a remarkable alliance of textural creaminess with animation, while hints of candied grapefruit peel are joined by tinglingly fresh juicy citricity to complement the prominent dried fruit character and offset sweetness. Nut pastes and salted caramel add mouthwateringly savory complexity even more multi-leveled than that of the corresponding Juffer-Sonnenuhr. The finish is vibrantly persistent, ringingly harmonious, yet leaves one dissatisfied until the next sip is taken! Drink: 2020-2070. (Nov 2020)"
95+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The Niederberg Helden vineyard has also produced a dramatic BA at Schloss Lieser in 2018. The complex and vibrant nose jumps from the glass in a blaze of mirabelle, pear, mango, fresh mint, orange blossoms and honey. On the palate the wine is full, complex and gloriously glazed, with very good acids, exquisite focus and balance and a long, zesty and utterly refined finish. Great juice. 2023-2100. (Mar/Apr 2019)"
