The slightly reductive notes in the glass fascinate and ask for time to explain themselves to the consumer. Cut grass, underripe kiwi, nipetella, sandalwood, white pepper and wet hydrangeas describe the complex and noble sensorial profile. This is round and enveloping to the senses, yet with a saline core of minerality and tart orchard fruits that creates an undeniably savory expression. It leaves the mouth watering as residual acids keep the tension high, and nuances of granny smith apple slowly taper off.
