The 2021er Dorsheimer Goldloch Riesling Kabinett proves still marked by residues from its spontaneous fermentation but already proves superbly airy and delicate as quite some flowery scents of lily, rose, and jasmine interplay with vineyard peach, orange zest, thyme, anise, cassis, and lavender. The wine is gorgeously airy and animating on the magnificently light-weighted and pure palate. The finish is all about precision and finesse. What a gorgeous Kabinett! 2031-2046. (Aug 2022)"
