96 points Stuart Pigott (JamesSuckling.com): "Very smoky and slatey, with a firm, concentrated core on the medium-bodied palate, this stunning expression of the Halenberg site is still very youthful. At once bold and steely in the very long finish. Drink or hold. (8/25/25)"
94+ points Mosel Fine Wines: "The Halenberg 2024 Riesling GG, as it is referred to on the consumer label, offers quite some herbal notes of wild herbs, smoke, and mustard seed, before developing complex scents of yellow flowers, earthy and hot spices, ginger, freshly cut herbs, greengage, green apple, and almond. The wine proves comparatively light-weighted and delicately creamy on the palate, and leaves a precise and fresher, nicely long finish, which is still marked by some tartness in need of integration. This leaner version of Halenberg is very impressive, but clearly needs some aging, and clearly has some upside potential if it gains in finesse with time. 2030-2039. (Issue #77; Sep 2025)"
94 points Fine Wine Review: "Some roundness, but very good, penetrating citric minerality, excellent depth and penetration. (9/14/25)"
