The bouquet needs a little coaxing, with a citrus touch, exceptionally precise and refined, like the Chassagne shows its class and style much more on the palate. Middleweight, very persistent. Houlières, Enseigneres, Rue au Vaches and others…) More direct, more argume complexity. A next level of structural shape and half-strictness. A wine with more tension and salinity – widening and becoming more comfortable in the the fine finish – these two wines very representative of Chassagne and Puligny – this is simply excellent.
