90 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2011 Chambolle-Musigny AC chez Roumier is a beautiful wine in the making, offering up a deep and very sappy nose of red and black cherries, lovely minerality, a touch of nutskin, fresh herbs and a nice topnote of rose petals. On the palate the wine is medium-full, pure and very transparent, with a lovely core, fine focus and grip and just a touch of tannin perking up the long and very elegant finish. A very classy middleweight in the making. 2017-2035+. (Nov/Dec 2012)"
90 points Bruce Sanderson (Wine Spectator): "The plush texture envelops the black cherry, black currant and violet flavors in this juicy red. The tannins leave a light coating inside the lips. Fine length. Best from 2015 through 2024. 168 cases imported. (8/31/14)"
90 ponts Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "Comfort food and wine required tonight and what could be better than lamb chops and Chambolle-Musigny? The 2011 vintage shows its lighter character while Christophe Roumier delivers his usual assured and impeccable footprint. This Chambolle does not transcend the vintage, but it is a lovely wine which is open for business. (Nov 2020)"
90 points (15/20) La Revue du Vin de France: "With a harvest that proceeded rapidly, Chambolle-Musigny expresses a rich grape with black fruit. (2013)"
'Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(contains some premier cru juice from Fuées). A wonderfully expressive and highly perfumed nose of red and blue berry fruit aromas leads to attractively textured, precise and detailed middle weight flavors that possess plenty of energy and a lovely hint of finishing minerality. Recommended. Drink: 2017+. (Jan 2014)"
