This Raspberry Eau de Vie "Framboise du Roulot" from Jean-Marc Roulot is a delight resulting from the maceration and distillation of organic Willamette raspberry. Indeed, Jean-Marc Roulot raspberries are left to macerate entirely in a neutral brandy with 96% alcohol for several months, before being distilled and then aged before bottling. We discover an elegant eau-de-vie that will be ideal as a digestif or with a fruity dessert such as a raspberry tart to stay in the theme. Made in Burgundy from Willamette raspberry. Alcohol 45%.
