Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "(Old vines, over 50 average, from 2 lieu-dits, all pinot – directly pressed from the grapes with the natural colour. The only commercial wine as of now…) Plenty of colour in this vintage. Quite a vertical nose – some width too – but this majors on the high and low tones. Hmm, this is more juicy and exciting than the nose suggested – depth of flavour and sucrosity – perhaps helped with a faint reduction. The finish is a delicious one – simply a delicious Marsannay Rosé with lots of boiled-sweets complexity. (1/16/25)"
