90 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin Village offers up attractive aromas of raspberries, cherries and licorice, followed by a medium-bodied succulent and fine-boned palate. This is quite suave and put-together out of the gates, so it should offer a broad drinking window. Drink: 2027-2040. (Jan 2025)"
'Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound<): "from La Platière, Les Crais, Charreux, Puits de la Barraque and Champerrier du Bas. A lightly toasty nose freely reveals attractively fresh notes of red and dark pinot fruit that also display hints of the sauvage. There is an appealingly underlying tension to the reasonably concentrated and almost lilting flavors that display fine power on the moderately firm, dusty and slightly rustic finale that should also reward mid-term keeping. Worth considering. DrinkL 2029+. (Jan 2025)"
Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "Dark fruit and depth of fruit plays with the energy – not so wide but depth is a given – the second sniff has the width and even a little orange skin. In the mouth scale, framed with a slightly drying, almost grainless tannin. Large as you swallow and holding well before starting to fade – another great finish for a villages. Top villages without a climat on the label… (1/16/25)"
